The rock band Heart will perform at E.J. Thomas Hall in Akron on Aug. 26, as part of the “Royal Flush Tour.”
Tickets for the Akron show go on sale to the general public on July 11 at 10 a.m.

Known for a mix of hard rock and ballads, Heart — led by the sister duo of Ann and Nancy Wilson — has released several hit songs over the past five decades. Among the band’s most popular songs are “Barracuda,” “Crazy on You,” “Magic Man,” “Alone” and “These Dreams.”
Heart was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013. The Wilson sisters reunited for this tour after performing separately in recent years.
The show is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. at E.J. Thomas Performing Arts Hall on the University of Akron campus.
