The street in front of Der Dutchman Restaurant in Walnut Creek will close for 60 days beginning in June as crews rebuild a retaining wall.
The restaurant and other Dutchman Hospitality Group and business locations along the street will remain open.
Signs will direct visitors to the main parking area, which will be accessible from Olde Pump Street and the driveway to the Carlisle Village Inn closest to Route 39.
Visitors are asked to be mindful and drive cautiously through the area.
Limited street side parking will be available in front of Carlisle Gifts, and shuttles will be available to transport guests with mobility challenges.
Also, for 75 days beginning in June, state Route 515 will close to non-local traffic from Walnut Street to U.S. Route 62 for rehabilitation work. The posted detour will follow routes 62 and 39 through Berlin to Walnut Creek and back.
