Reds-White Sox series finale game time moved up to 1:10 p.m. Thursday

CHICAGO — The start time for the Cincinnati Reds’ series finale in Chicago against the White Sox has been moved up one hour, to 1:10 p.m. ET, today (Aug. 13).

Severe weather late in the day prompted the change.

The teams split the first two games of the series.

The Reds return home after this series for a eight-game homestand against the Marlins (three) and Cardinals (five), including a doubleheader on Monday (Aug. 17) that includes a makeup of an early-season rain postponement.

The Reds were 1-4 during this two-city road trip entering play Thursday.
