Reactions: Bengals fall to 2-3 record with 37-24 loss to Lions

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Browning threw three touchdown passes during the fourth quarter of the team’s 37-24 loss in NFL Week 5 against the Detroit Lions at Paycor Stadium.

It wasn’t enough because of the damage done in the first three quarters of the game.

The Bengals fell to 2-3 this season, suffering their first home loss, in part because of the three interceptions Browning threw earlier.

Browning was blasted by Fox analyst Daryl Johnston as well as ESPN’s Ryan Clark.

It was a memorable homecoming for former Mt. Healthy High School standout David Montgomery and former Holy Cross High School star Derrick Barnes.

Social media reactions to the Bengals’ 13-point loss, including from the Lions’ Twitter/X account:
