Carrie Ann is a mixed pit bull who needs a home.
It’s hard to believe she’s been at the Richland County Dog Shelter since October.
She’s happy and loves all people and dogs. She’s friendly and loves to play with toys.
Gracie Fussner, a deputy at the dog shelter at 810 N. Home Road, said the dog loves to be petted, hugged and kissed.
Fussner said Carrie Ann is about six years old and is such a nice dog with a great personality, and loves to go outdoors and play.
The fee to purchase Carrie Ann, which includes a neuter, rabies vaccine, 2026 license and microchip, is $199. Kennel hours at the dog shelter are 11 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Saturdays. The kennel is closed Mondays for deep cleaning.
People can also visit the shelter’s Facebook page or email dogs@richlandcountyohio.gov.
