A pedestrian who was hit in a Kroger parking lot in Union Township on Tuesday has died, police said.
Nancy Turer, 72, of Cincinnati, was identified as the woman killed, according to the Union Township Police Department.
Police and emergency medical crews were dispatched to the Kroger on Ohio Pike at 11:15 a.m. Sept. 16 for a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.
When they arrived, they found Turer and transported her to a nearby hospital where she later died from her injuries.
A preliminary investigation indicates that neither drugs, nor alcohol were factors in the crash. No other information about the crash was released.
Police are still investigating what happened.
