Who are the top players for Hudson football?

Hudson’s offense relies on the running game, and it has one of the area’s best running backs in Reno Ferri, who rushed for four touchdowns in Week 3 and followed that by rushing for 180 yards against Solon in Week 4. Brennan Funyak also provides a weapon in the Explorers backfield, along with his play at safety.

Quarterback Hayden Lipinski has come into his own over the first half of the season. He threw for two TDs and ran for another in the win over Stow. Lipinski’s emergence has allowed All-Ohioan Nate Judy to concentrate on his linebacking duties, though he also has caught TD passes in each of the last two weeks.

Who are the top players for Twinsburg football?

Quarterback Dylan Fantone has made a push for offensive rookie of the year in Greater Akron. Fantone has shown a lot of poise in the season’s first half, highlighted by a six-TD performance in Week 4 vs. Stow.

Fantone has plenty of weapons to choose from, as the Tigers’ wide receiver corp might be the deepest in the area, with RJ Ruffin, Jaden Rode, JD Okuma and Samuel Collins all capable of big games.
