Ten Licking Heights High School students were recognized with some of the highest honors presented at the Career & Technology Education Centers of Licking County Awards Ceremony, showcasing the talent, dedication and leadership of Hornet students across a wide range of career and technical education programs.
Leading the group with four awards was DeLaiah White, who was named C-TEC’s Overall Outstanding Student for the Class of 2026. White also earned outstanding student honors in criminal justice, received a Teachers Education Association scholarship and was recognized as the Public Safety and Consumer Sciences Department Overall Student.
Other Licking Heights students earning honors included:
“These awards reflect the incredible talent, work ethic and determination of our students,” Licking Heights Superintendent Kevin S. Miller said. “Licking Heights students earned the majority of the top awards presented at C-TEC this year, and I could not be more proud. Our students are amazing representatives of Licking Heights Schools, and they continue to demonstrate excellence both in the classroom and in their career pathways.”
Licking Heights congratulates all of its C-TEC award recipients for their outstanding accomplishments and for representing the district with pride.
