Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams announced the July 21 comeback of its limited-edition Biscuits with the Boss flavor in honor of its inspiration, “Ted Lasso,” returning for a fourth season Aug. 5.
Jeni’s first debuted Biscuits with the Boss in 2023 and blends Lasso’s signature shortbread biscuits from the series with salted butter sweet cream ice cream, according to a press release.
The Columbus-based business describes the treat’s flavor profile as “buttery, nostalgic and impossible not to root for,” calling it a “pep talk in a pint.”
“Ted Lasso,” the humorous story of an American college football coach who is hired as the manager of an English soccer club despite having no experience in the sport, first hit screens in 2020.
