Mack-Russell plays on the Indiana Elite 3SSB team, which sometimes faces the Phenom United team featuring Josh Tyson of Lakota West. Tyson picked up a UC offer on Monday, May 18. They are both from the Class of 2027.

From the Class of 2028, the Bearcats offered Kam Mercer of Princeton on May 5. Mercer would be UC’s highest-rated recruit since such numbers began being kept should he commit to Calhoun.
