The Inter-Valley Conference has announced its postseason awards for the 2026 track and field season.
On the boys side, Carsen Hostetler of Indian Valley was named Player of the Year and his head coach, Abram Klaserner was named Coach of the Year.
Hostetler set record in the 110-meter hurdle (14.46) and the 300-meter hurdle (37.43) at this season IVC Championships.
Klaserner saw his team finish first in the standings with a team score of 125.
For the girls, Strasburg’s Kylie McKenzie was named player of the year and Tusky Valley’s Mandy McElwee was named Coach of the Year.
McKenzie set a record in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11:28.34 at this season IVC Championships.
McElwee saw her team finish in first place in the IVC with a team score of 101.
