One person was killed and another injured in a crash on Interstate 75 near the Hopple Street exit early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to northbound I-75 for a report of a serious crash at around 2:30 a.m. on June 7, Cincinnati police said in a news release.
When they arrived at the scene, they confirmed that one person had died and the second person sustained non-life-threatening injuries, the release said. The identity of the person who died has not been released.
Enquirer media partner Fox19 reported that all lanes near the Hopple Street exit were shut down for hours due to the crash, but have since reopened.
