Disclaimer: These records are health inspections conducted by the Columbus Department of Public Health and Franklin County Public Health. Each inspection report is a “snapshot” of conditions present at the time of the inspection. An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the overall, long-term conditions at the establishment. Critical (or priority) violations are more likely than other violations to directly contribute to food contamination, or foodborne illness, The Dispatch previously reported. Non-critical (or non-priority) violations are not directly related to the cause of foodborne illness but could impede the operation of the business, according to Columbus Public Health. The chances of foodborne illnesses caused by non-critical violations is low, but if left uncorrected they could become critical violations.
