The criminal complaint says the 36-year-old concealed the whereabouts of Melissa F. Terrell by driving her around and not telling police that she was with her.

Terrell, 41, is charged with aggravated arson, obstructing justice and tampering with evidence. A homeless woman from Canton, she had avoided arrest for more than eight days before being taken into custody without incident in Massillon on Aug. 17.

Darrell Washington, 46, is charged with aggravated murder and aggravated arson in connection with the deaths of Katina C. Spells, 42, of Canton and Kourtni D. Yeager, 31, of Massillon, who were found on Aug. 9 shot dead in a Skyline Terrace apartment that had been set on fire. Washington is being held at the Stark County Jail on $3 million bond.

Eric R. Lamar, 44, of Canton, is charged with aggravated arson, obstructing justice and tampering with evidence. He is being held in the Stark County Jail on bond of $2 million.

The complaints against Lamar and Terrell said investigators found video footage of them causing an explosion and fire at the apartment building in an effort to try to destroy evidence of the killings.

No attorney is listed for Rider in court records. She is scheduled to be arraigned in Canton Municipal Court on Aug. 19.
