Former Bengals LB Germaine Pratt signs with Raiders

Former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt didn’t need long to find a new team.

According to Fox Sports’ Jordan Schultz, after having a “very hot market,” Pratt has signed a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Per the report, it’s a one-year deal worth up to $4.78 million for Pratt with the Raiders.

Rather than going with the popular consensus that he might rejoin with Lou Anarumo on the Indianapolis Colts, Pratt heads elsewhere in the AFC to help out a rebuilding defense.

The Bengals cut Pratt on Monday at the start of mandatory minicamp in a cost-cutting move after the veteran linebacker requested a trade this past February in the wake of the team firing Anarumo.
