Fifth boil alert in Ravenna in February expires Feb. 8 at 7 a.m.

The City of Ravenna posted on Facebook during the evening Feb. 6 that a boil alert has been issued for residents on Fairhill and Hodgson drives until 7 a.m. Feb. 8 due to a water main break.

The post says a notice placed on residents doors stating the boil alert was only until 5 p.m. Feb. 7 was in error.

This was the fifth water main break and boil alert reported in the city during the previous few days. Previous boil alerts have expired.
