Columbus Clippers fall 7-0, lose for 7th time in 8 games

Aug. 26 game: Louisville 7, Columbus 0

Recap: Christian Encarnacion-Strand went 3 for 3 with a home run, triple and double as the Bats handed the Clippers their seventh loss in eight games. Louisville also got homers from Sal Stewart, Hector Rodriguez and Ryan Vilade. Jhonkensy had two hits for the Clippers. Columbus starter John Means (0-1) allowed four runs on three hits in three innings. He struck out two and walked two.
