It’s not Christmas, but you will know who’s playing on that day. Same with Thanksgiving.
The NFL will release the full 2025 schedule for the Browns, as well as the other 31 teams, on Wednesday, May 14. The schedule will drop at 8 p.m., with shows on both ESPN2 and the NFL Network.
The Browns find out the opponent and date for their game at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday morning. The rest will have to wait until the next day.

The NFL will release the full 2025 schedule at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Who do Cleveland Browns play at home in 2025?
The Browns will play their usual three AFC North rivals — the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers. The divisional rotations have them playing against the AFC East and NFC North. Cleveland will get home games against the Buffalo Bills, fresh off a trip to the AFC championship game, and Miami Dolphins, fresh off another season of being just good enough to not be great, out of the AFC East. The NFC North teams coming to the lakefront will be the Green Bay Packers, still arguably one of the league’s biggest draw, and the Minnesota Vikings. Outside of the AFC East and NFC North, they also landed a home game against last season’s last-place team in the AFC South, the Tennessee Titans, and in the NFC West, the San Francisco 49ers.
Who do Cleveland Browns play on the road in 2025?
The Browns, again, make their usual road trips to divisional rivals Baltimore, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. The AFC East road opponents for them include a trip to New Jersey to face the New York Jets and a visit to Foxborough, Mass., to play the New England Patriots. The NFC North road trips awaiting them will take them to Chicago to face the Bears and to Detroit to play the Lions. As for the two games based on division finish, they’ll travel to Las Vegas to face the AFC West’s last-place team, the Raiders.
Will Cleveland Browns play on any 2025 holidays?
The Browns don’t play the Eagles in the regular season, so they nevered had to worry about being chosen for the special Thursday night season opener. They don’t play the Chargers, who will play the Kansas City the Friday night season opener in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
The Jets are a road opponent for the Browns who also are a designated host team in Tottenham, where they will play the Denver Broncos in Week 6. It stretches reality that the NFL would make Cleveland play back-to-back games in London, or a second international game in general, such as the Steelers’ Dublin trip in Week 4, which will instead be the Vikings.
Cleveland doesn’t play the Dallas Cowboys at all this season, so no worries about Thanksgiving there. There will be a Thanksgiving prime-time game, but that’s usually two more marquee teams.
The Browns do go to Detroit, though, this year, and haven’t played a Thanksgiving Day game anywhere since 1989. Although they don’t seem like they would be the opponent chosen, the Lions’ foe has to come from this group: Packers (played on Thanksgiving last year), Bears (playing in Detroit last Thanksgiving), Vikings (played on Thanksgiving in 2022), Cowboys (already playing a home game on Thanksgiving), New York Giants (played on Thanksgiving last year), Steelers, Titans and Browns.
The Lions have played the same opponent on Thanksgiving in back-to-back years twice in the last 10 years. They played the Vikings in 2016-17 and the Bears in 2018-19.
There’s the third annual Black Friday game, which will be on Nov. 28. A year ago, that Amazon Prime exclusive streaming game featured the Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs, after having carried Dolphins at Jets the year before.
The NFL is once again playing on Christmas Day, which falls on a more traditional football day of the week on Thursday. The league has announced a tripleheader, with two games on Netflix and a prime-time game on Amazon Prime.
Will Cleveland Browns play any international games in 2025?
The Browns will play the Vikings in London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in Week 5. The game, on Oct. 5, will kick off at 9:30 a.m. and be televised on NFL Network.
