PITTSBURGH — The Browns were finished with their first run through the AFC North shortly after 4 p.m. They were neither able to salvage a win out of those initial three division games, nor end one of the NFL’s longest regular-season road losing streaks to one team.
Cleveland lost 23-9 to the Steelers in a game in which they never seemed able to get anything going. Then again, that’s been the story of the season.
The Browns now have a 22-game regular-season losing streak in Pittsburgh. The Browns are 1-5 overall and 0-3 AFC North record, and the Steelers are 4-1 overall and 1-0 in the AFC North.
