PHOENIX — The Browns are finalizing plans to have the Buffalo Bills in for joint practices in Berea during August.
The exact dates remain to be announced. The NFL will announce the preseason schedule when the regular-season schedule comes out in May.
Cleveland is slated to play one road game and two home games in the preseason. It will have nine road regular-season games, and eight home games.

Buffalo played the Browns in Cleveland during Week 16 of the 2025 season. The Bills won 23-20.
The Browns have made it a habit of participating in joint practices over the last several seasons. Under Kevin Stefanski, they hosted the New York Giants in 2021, the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022 and the Minnesota Vikings in 2024, while they went to the Eagles for joint practices in 2023 and 2025.
Cleveland also held one joint practice with the Carolina Panthers ahead of the 2025 preseason opener in Charlotte, N.C. Shedeur Sanders started the game.
The Browns and Bills last held a joint practice previously in Rochester, N.Y, in 2015.
