Breeze Airways resumes nonstop flights from CVG to 2 California cities

Looking to take a nice, and probably warm, getaway trip to the West Coast? Breeze Airways can help get you there.

The low-cost American airline announced that it’s bringing back two seasonal nonstop flight services at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport: one to San Diego and the other to San Francisco.

“The return of these nonstop routes offers convenient access to two of California’s most popular leisure and business destinations,” the airline said in a news release.

These nonstop flights begin May 7, with the one to San Francisco operating through Jan. 3, 2027, and the one to San Diego operating through Jan. 4, 2027. Both routes will then pause but are scheduled to resume May 2027, the release said.

Breeze will offer these flights three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

In addition to these flights to California, Breeze Airways said in the release it will resume its seasonal service from CVG to Hartford, Connecticut, on May 7, as well as to Providence, Rhode Island, on May 28.

On July 3, the airline will then launch two new nonstop flights to Portland, Maine, and to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina.
