The Cincinnati Bengals made a few notable roster moves before training camp practice on Wednesday.
There, the Bengals released running back Zack Moss and announced that undrafted center Seth McLaughlin has been cleared for practice after passing a physical.

The release of Moss comes as a mild surprise, as the veteran running back appeared on track to fully return from the neck injury that ended last season. He had previously readjusted his contract with the team.
Cincinnati will move forward, at least for now, with Samaje Perine and rookie Tahj Brooks behind Chase Brown.
McLaughlin, on the other hand, fell out of the draft due to his injury, so his getting back should make the depth battle for the final 53 more interesting.
Cutting Moss is presumably a response to Trey Hendrickson ending his holdout and showing up amid his contract dispute, allowing the team to stay at the 90-man limit.
