Armstrong Utilities purchased two Massillon Cable TV properties for more than $3.3 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Armstrong Utilities, a Pennsylvania-based telecommunications provider, announced plans to acquire Massillon Cable TV earlier this year. The company purchased the Massillon property at 814 Cable Court NW for $3.35 million and the property at 311 Erie St. N for $740,000.
A residential property on Fleetwood Avenue NW in Jackson Township also sold for $1.18 million. It consists of two parcels totaling over 5 acres.
The real estate transfers cover May 9 through May 15.
