RABIES CLINIC – Columbiana County Health District will partner with Lisbon Veterinary Clinic, Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and Columbiana County Fair Board for a reduced rabies prevention clinic. New this year is the event will be 1 to 3 p.m. July 25 at the Columbiana County Vaccination Complex at the fairgrounds. Use the Vista gate entrance located of off Vista Drive in Lisbon. Cost per dose is $5, and only cash payments will be accepted. Bring exact change. All pets must be at least 3 months old. Dogs must be leashed, and cats must be crated or otherwise confined. Non-perishable food items including cases of water will be accepted at the event for the Columbiana County Junior Fair Board Stock-A-Trailer food drive. MARLINGTON BOARD – Marlington Local School District’S Board of Education plans a board work session to discuss summer projects, special education and various financial matters at 5 p.m. June 25 at the Marlington High School Digital Learning Zone, 10450 Moulin Ave. in Lexington Township. The board plans a regular meeting at 6 p.m. June 25 in the same location. The board might recess into executive session to consider the employment and compensation of public employees. Following executive session, action might be taken. Pending absence of technological issues, the meeting will be live-streamed on the Marlington Technology Department’s YouTube channel.

SEBRING LOCAL – Sebring Local School District’s Board of Education plans a special meeting to approve the closing of fiscal year 2026 at 7:30 a.m. June 30 at the board office. The meeting’s purpose is to approve fiscal year 2026 advances and transfers, final appropriations and certificate of estimated resources, and temporary appropriations for fiscal year 2027.
