Mazda of Kent and Toyota of Kent, both on West Main Street in Kent, have been sold for $6 million, according to the most recent land transfers from the Portage County Auditor’s Office.
The sales occurred during the week of April 27, 2026. The dealerships, at 1129 W. Main St. and 1127 W. Main St., now are owned by KGM Real Estate.
The top selling residential property property for the week of April 27 was a single-family home at 320 Lakeland Way in Aurora.
The home sold for $560,000. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has 3,054 square feet of space and a two-car garage. The home, built in 2018, has a deck in the rear off the kitchen and dining room. The backyard is fully fenced in.
