The Varsity 845 girls softball players of the week polls are online for June 8-14, 2026. Information was utilized on reports gathered by Varsity 845 and nominations. Coaches are encouraged to provide their game reports in order for athletes to be chosen; they may also nominate one player from their team by Sunday afternoon.
During the postseason, multiple athletes may be nominated for a poll.
The most recent winners were Parker Mullarkey of Newburgh, Julianna Clarino of Newburgh, Sam Maleck of Marlboro and Olivia Hite of Marlboro.

Varsity 845 girls softball player of the week (June 8-14)

Emma Boffalo, Pine Bush
Her two-run homer capped a six-run sixth-inning rally as the Bushmen beat Massapequa 7-2 in a state semifinal on June 12.
Payton Croce, Pine Bush
Her sixth-inning double cleared the bases to put Pine Bush up for good in a 7-2 win over Massapequa in a June 12 state semifinal win.
Keira Filip, Minisink Valley
She reached base safely all three times, crushing a two-run home run in the third inning to pull the Warriors within 3-2. Minisink fell to Calhoun 14-2 in the June 12 state semifinal. She also had five putouts in center field.
Autumn Gove, Pine Bush
She had two hits and an RBI single to start the game-tying three-run rally in the third inning, scoring the tying run. She also had what appeared to be a go-ahead RBI double in the seventh inning, only to have her hit overturned after an umpire’s consultation.
Lyla LaBarbera, Minisink Valley
She had a single in the Warriors’ 14-2 setback to Calhoun in the June 12 state semifinals.
Avery Ogden, Pine Bush
She struck out nine batters in a five-hit, 7-2 victory over Massapequa in a June 12 state semifinal. She added an RBI double in the sixth-inning rally. In the June 13 state final, she had four hits and the game-tying two RBI in a 4-3, 12-inning loss to Lancaster. She struck out 13 but took the loss.
Hannah Ringus, Minisink Valley
She had a single in the Warriors’ 14-2 setback to Calhoun in the June 12 state semifinals.
Audrey Rotolo, Minisink Valley
She had three assists at shortstop in Minisink’s 14-2 loss to Calhoun in the June 12 state semifinal.
Silvana Zamonsky, Pine Bush
She had an RBI single in the fourth inning and her sixth-inning single led to her scoring the eventual winning run in a 7-2 victory over Massapequa in a June 12 state semifinal win. In the June 13 final, she had three putouts and threw out two runners at home plate from her right-field position.
