An overturned tractor trailer has shut down both northbound lanes of Interstate 81 in the Town of Barker.
A New York State Police trooper with the Traffic Incident Management unit responded to a tractor trailer that rolled across the roadway at 2:04 p.m. July 27.
No other vehicles were struck during the incident. The driver of the tractor trailer was evaluated on scene by medical personnel but did not wish to be transported to a local hospital, according to a state police press release.
Members of the New York State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit are on scene inspecting the tractor trailer and the northbound lanes will remain closed until the vehicle is removed from the road.
