Taste award-winning student wines at FLCC's Geneva center

Wine aficionados who want to try the award-winning Finger Lakes Community College student-made wines are in luck. 

The FLCC Viticulture and Wine Center in Geneva will hold tastings and tours from noon to 4 p.m. April 25. The teaching winery is at 100 Empire Drive, off Pre-emption Road.

Visitors will be able to taste student-made wines, including those that earned medals in the New York Wine Classic competition. 

The cost for five wine tastings is $10. Reservations are recommended but not required.
