In the final boys lacrosse state rankings for the month of April, this week’s list is largely status quo. No team improved by more than three spots, while no team fell by more than two.
Biggest rise: In a week of modest change, Webster Thomas had the most significant jump. The Titans, who won both of their games last week before Monday’s loss to Penfield, are up three spots in Class B.
Biggest fall: Honeoye Falls-Lima is one of two teams to drop this week, falling two spots in Class C. The Cougars had one game last week, a one-goal loss to Irondequoit.
