“Red, White & Boom,” featuring the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, will return to Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center this Wednesday to celebrate Independence Day.
The orchestra will perform the “Red, White & Boom” community concert, featuring songs by composer John Philip Sousa and other patriotic anthems, at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, to celebrate America’s birthday.
RPO, which originated in 1922, continues to bring the Rochester community together through its music. According to CMAC, the orchestra annually presents about 150 concerts and broadcasts.

Tickets for the “Red, White & Boom” show on July 2 currently run from $10 for general admission tickets to $30 for a pack of four tickets and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com.
Doors at the show will open up at 6:30 p.m. and the performance will start at 8 p.m.
The venue is on the Finger Lakes Community College campus, located at 3355 Marvin Sands Drive.
CMAC bag policy
CMAC has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. Clear bags, no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, are allowed inside the venue. Clutches and wallets smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5″ are also allowed.

CMAC parking information
General lot parking: CMAC’s general parking lot is located off State Route 364 (East Lake Road) and County Road 18 in Canandaigua. Parking in this lot is $10 (cash only) and is first come, first serve. RVs and cars traveling with a trailer must pay for two parking spots. Overnight parking is not allowed in the general lot.
Premium lot parking: Tickets for the premium parking lot are $30 and must be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster.com. The premium lot is located off Lakeshore Drive.
Limo parking: Limos can park in the general lot for $20.

Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center is the official name of the Canandaigua area’s outdoor concert venue. Everyone calls it CMAC.
Marvin Sands is the late founder of Canandaigua Wine Co. and one of the community leaders responsible for opening the venue in 1983 as the Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center. Constellation Brands secured the naming rights to the venue in 2006 after community leaders approached Constellation Brands execs Richard and Rob Sands to save and improve it.
CMAC features 5,000 covered seats and lawn seating for up to 10,000 guests.
