Henrietta is getting a Ross Dress for Less.
The town issued the company a construction permit allowing for a $1.2 million renovation of a 29,504-square-foot space at 2335 Marketplace Drive, next to Target.
The location has been vacant since 2018, when Babies R Us closed.
The building’s exterior was repainted months ago to reflect Ross’ blue and white color palette.
The permit is good through Feb. 17, 2027, but it isn’t clear how long construction will take or when the store will open.
Repeated calls and emails to a company representative about the project have gone unanswered.
