The National Weather Service (NWS) says a chance of showers will linger throughout the weekend in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
Saturday will be partly sunny, with highs around 70 in Orange County, in the upper 60s in Dutchess and Ulster counties and the mid-60s in Sullivan County.
But there is also a 50 percent chance of showers in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties and a 60 percent chance of showers in Sullivan County, mainly after 2 p.m.
Most locations will see less than a tenth of an inch of rain accumulate.
Saturday night will be cloudy in Dutchess, Sullivan and Ulster counties and mostly cloudy in Orange County, with lows in the mid-40s.
There is a 50 percent chance of showers in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties and a 60 percent chance of showers in Sullivan County, mainly after 2 a.m.
Again, those showers are expected to produce accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch.
On Sunday, there is a 90 percent chance of showers, mainly before 2 p.m, in all four counties. Sunday’s high temperature will be in the mid-60s in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and the upper 50s in Sullivan County.
Sunday night will be partly cloudy with lows in the mid-30s in Orange, Dutchess and Ulster counties, and mostly cloudy with lows in the low 30s in Sullivan County.
There is a 30 percent chance of showers before 8 p.m. Sunday night in all four counties.
