The accolades and state-wide recognition continue to pour in for several Section 1 girls soccer standouts after a tremendous fall season, including the New York State Sportswriters and Coaches Organization for Girls Sports having 28 locals among the all-state selections released this week.
Albertus Magnus senior midfielder Teigan Cunnane and Rye junior forward Charlotte Keenan were among the top honorees, each voted the Player of the Year in their respective classes after helping lead their teams to state championships.
