Injury update for the Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen

Buffalo Bills head coach Joe Brady has provided the latest update on the health status of his team’s most valuable player: Quarterback Josh Allen.

Speaking at a press conference during spring practices, the coach provided an injury update on Allen’s injured foot.

According to Brady, things are good to go for Allen.

The QB played through the issue at the end of the 2025 season. Allen broke a bone in his foot during a Week 16 matchup with the Cleveland Browns. After Buffalo’s season ended, he opted to have surgery to fix the injury.

Brady’s update stands aligned with the one Allen provided in April. The QB said then he was feeling good as well.

“It was actually a previous deal I didn’t realize I had,” Allen said.

Bills Wire will continue to provide updates throughout the 2026 offseason.
