Hutchinson River Parkway ramp closed in White Plains. What to know

The northbound Hutchinson River Parkway ramp at Exit 13A in Mamaroneck was closed the morning of Friday, March 6, after a fallen tree brought down debris and downed wires on Mamaroneck Avenue.

According to New York State Department of Transportation alerts, the tree fell on Mamaroneck Avenue at around 2:43 a.m. Friday, most likely due to heavy rainfall and soil saturation.
