In addition to Allard, confirmed guests and speakers include Assemblyman and Steuben County GOP Chairman Joe Sempolinski, state Sen. Tom O’Mara, Assemblyman Phil Palmesano and Hornell Mayor John Buckley.

The evening will begin with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., featuring a cash bar and music, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
