Adults will race small cars and raise funds for the Cub Scouts during the Waters Edge District Adult Pinewood Derby on Saturday, June 20.
Sager-Stoneyard Pub, 46 Sager Drive, will set up a full-fledged racetrack on its patio for the races, which will be conducted from 3 to 6 p.m. The pub is providing prizes, and faffles will be held as well.
The cost is $20 per racer; entries are limited to people 21 and older. Sign up at www.scoutingevent.com/397-WEAdultPWD. Entrants should not wear uniforms or Scouting apparel, according to Seneca Waterways Council of Scouting America.
Car kits are available for $7.50 at the Strong Scout Shop, 2320 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, or people can use cars they made earlier.
