Gospel concert at St. Paul's Church in Utica canceled; other Juneteenth events still on

The Juneteenth Gospel Concert scheduled for 6 p.m. on June 20 at St. Paul’s Church in Utica has been canceled, the Mid-Utica Neighborhood Preservation Corporation has announced.
