The Buffalo Bills weren’t done wheeling and dealing.
After trading down earlier in the first round, Buffalo moved back again, this time in a deal with the division rival New England Patriots.
The Bills traded pick No. 28 overall to New England and received No. 31 and No. 125.
Buffalo has now traded down twice in the first round, sliding from No. 26 to No. 31 while adding multiple picks.
And they still weren’t done. After the trade with the Patriots, Beane then flipped the No. 31 pick to the Tennessee Titans, along with picks No. 69 and No. 165 for picks Nos. 35, 66 and 101.
The aggressive move suggests general manager Brandon Beane is prioritizing depth and flexibility as the draft board develops.
