The Buffalo Bills have started their 2026 NFL Draft journey with a trade once again.
General manager Brandon Beane has found a trade partner in the Houston Texans as the team moves out from the No. 26 overall selection. At first look of the deal, Buffalo moves down just two spots on the first-round draft board as the team acquired Houston’s top pick at No. 28 overall.
