Crews from the Monroe County Water Authority are working to repair a water main break that occurred in Brighton on Thursday, April 23.
The water main break occurred around 5 a.m. in a residential area off of Monroe Avenue, between Sylvan Road and Meredith Avenue.
Drivers and pedestrians are advised to avoid the area if possible.
The Monroe County Water Main Authority anticipates construction to be complete by noon on Thursday.
