The renovation is part of the partnership between Land Bank and the city, which calls for 10-12 single-family and two-family homes to be renovated by 2026.

New York State Homes and Community Renewal also provided just under $61,500 towards the 170 Moeller St. renovation, according to a release, with Malarkey Construction LLC, Brittany L. White, and Delta Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors being a part of the process as well.

The other homes renovated as part of this project include 14 McNamara Ave., 8 Gray St., and 33 Elm St., 34 Andrews Ave., and 52 Beethoven St. in Binghamton. All are aimed at providing “affordable homeownership opportunities for low-to-moderate-income individuals and families,” in the Binghamton area, according to the Land Bank.

“The rehabilitation of 170 Moeller St. marks the fourth home renovation project completed in Binghamton this year as a result of the City’s ongoing partnership with the Broome County Land Bank,” said Binghamton Mayor Jared Kraham. “Thanks to this work, we’re delivering real change in our neighborhoods, addressing blight, bringing affordable housing units online, and expanding homeownership opportunities for residents across Binghamton.”

What is the price of 170 Moeller St. in Binghamton?

The home is being listed at $149,900 and can be purchased through the Land Bank’s Affordable Homes Program.
