The Buffalo Bills continue their 2025 NFL season with a matchup against the New England Patriots at home at Highmark Stadium in Week 5. It will be a “Sunday Night Football” affair.
While game plans, coaching, and strategy will play a part, but sometimes a big emphasis will sit with some individual players. In terms of the Bills offense, who could those be?
Here are three potential X-factors on the Bills (4-0) offense against the Patriots (2-2) on Sunday:
TE Dalton Kincaid
The Patriots are one of the only a few NFL teams to not allow a touchdown to a tight end this season. However, if Kincaid can continue his breakout year and change that? That will open up everyone on the Bills offense around Kincaid.
OL Spencer Brown
Brown is expected to play but is dealing with a calf injury. He’s expected to face Harold Landry III across from him on the Patriots’ defensive line. He is Pro Football Focus’ 20th best edge defender so far this season and Brown has to shut Landry down.
RB James Cook
Cook complementing Allen this season has been a dream for the Bills. He has more than 100 all-purpose yards in every game in 2025. Keep that up.
