3 Bills players with everything to lose at training camp

The Buffalo Bills will officially begin training camp when the veterans report on July 28.

The rookie class reports to St. John Fisher University one week earlier on July 21. New head coach Joe Brady will attempt to put his stamp on the organization at his first camp in charge of the entire team, not just the offense.

With so much on the line, Bills Wire has identified three Bills players with everything to lose at training camp.

Dorian Williams, LB

Linebacker Dorian Williams has been an inconsistent performer throughout his tenure. He could be set for an expanded role in 2026 following Matt Milano’s departure, and it’s also a contract year. Williams should be feeling extra pressure after the Bills drafted Kaleb Elarms-Orr.

Keon Coleman, WR

Keon Coleman was already on thin ice heading into the offseason. Then the Bills traded for DJ Moore and drafted Skyler Bell. With Khalil Shakir and Joshua Palmer back, the Bills’ depth chart is getting crowded at wide receiver. Coleman has plenty to prove.

Michael Hoecht, DE

Michael Hoecht is a veteran rotational pass rusher trying to secure reps behind starters Greg Rousseau and Bradley Chubb. An injury limited Hoecht to just two appearances for the Bills in 2025, where he registered two sacks. His role is in danger after the Bills drafted TJ Parker.
