Majority of US Senate votes to back Trump's Homeland nominee; voting continues

WASHINGTON, March 23 (Reuters) – The majority of U.S. senators have voted to confirm President Donald Trump’s nominee for Homeland Security secretary, Markwayne Mullin, to replace outgoing Kristi Noem.

Voting is ongoing.
