A missing woman who West Des Moines police believed was in crisis was found May 7 after police put out a call for assistance.
The 28-year-old woman was seen by a member of the public at Raccoon River Park in West Des Moines around 7 p.m. May 7, according to a news release from the department.
First responders were able to locate the woman and she was reunited with her family, police said. She is safe.
