The 6-foot-2 forward was a redshirt junior for the Cyclones during the 2025-26 season, playing primarily as a backup to Iowa State star Audi Crooks. Williams appeared in 67 games for ISU the last two seasons and made two starts.

Williams averaged 4 points and 2.9 rebounds per game while playing 10.3 minutes per contest. The 2025-26 season was her best. Williams shot 53% from the field averaging 4.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game. She was an important player off the bench, giving the Cyclones important minutes when Crooks had foul trouble or needed rest.

She began her collegiate career at LSU where she appeared in 23 games for the Tigers as a true freshman during the 2022-23 season. Williams scored 18 points and grabbed 20 rebounds as a reserve on the national championship squad.

Williams redshirted her first season (2023-24) at Iowa State.
