Iowa State football will be without quite a few players when it takes on Colorado on Saturday, Oct. 11, according to the Big 12 availability report released Wednesday.
The Cyclones are coming off their first loss of the season after traveling to Cincinnati and falling 38-30, despite a late comeback attempt. Iowa State is still in the thick of the Big 12 championship race, however, and will look to get back on track against the Buffaloes.
Awaiting Iowa State is Colorado, which is still looking for its first Big 12 win this season under coach Deion Sanders. The Buffaloes have struggled to replace the production left by Travis Hunter Jr. and Shedeur Sanders, two of the program’s most prolific players in recent memory.
