How to watch Iowa vs. Wisconsin today: TV channel, streaming info

Week 7 of the 2025 college football season sees the Iowa Hawkeyes make a Big Ten road trip coming out of the bye. They head to Madison, Wisconsin, in the battle for the Heartland Trophy to take on the Wisconsin Badgers in a conference tilt.

Iowa (3-2, 1-1 Big Ten) is a team playing confidently, and possibly even better than its record states. Their two losses, Iowa State and Indiana, are by a combined eight points, and both came on scores in the waning seconds of the fourth quarter.

Wisconsin (2-3, 0-2 Big Ten) is still searching for its identity of who they are as a football team and what it wants to get out of the 2025 season. Things have been rocky, and this week presents a tough, physical rivalry game for the Badgers.

Iowa vs. Wisconsin predictions, picks, odds

Iowa has the better offense and defense in this game. Add in the special teams unit being elite, and this could be a classic Iowa victory by submission.

Wisconsin has struggled on offense this year. They are scoring an average of 18.6 points per game and are running into an Iowa defense that is becoming its annual buzzsaw version of itself on the ground and through the air. There is a confidence growing in Phil Parker’s unit.

The Badgers got run on for 175 yards by the Michigan Wolverines last week, and the Iowa Hawkeyes’ ground game is just as content doing the same thing with their elite offensive line up front. The Hawkeyes are running for 178.8 yards per game on the ground at 4.4 yards a carry with 11 rushing touchdowns.

Expect Iowa to fully lather up the ground game and work to run things downhill at the Badgers, daring them to stop it. Iowa 23, Wisconsin 13
