Should’ve left it up @Colts , this was funny https://t.co/ULVYH43lxL

Not long after posting the video, the Colts deleted it on Wednesday evening. The team then released a statement on Thursday.

“We removed our schedule release video because it exceeded our rights with Microsoft & included an insensitive clip involving Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill. We sincerely apologize to Microsoft and Tyreek.”

According to Adam Schefter, the Colts also reached out to Hill’s agent Drew Rosenhaus, who said Hill didn’t take the schedule release video seriously and “thought it was funny.”

The video featured the popular Minecraft game, and for the matchup with Miami, there was a Dolphin depicted as Tyreek Hill who was being arrested by the Coast Guard.

The LA Chargers also used a Minecraft theme for their schedule release as the Colts did, but made a statement at the beginning of the video stating they did receive permission from Microsoft to do so.
